The VRCA met January 25, 2003. Anita Rochelle, VRCA president, gave a presentation called "VRCA and
Others: Looking Ahead." She reported on the Rural Watershed Alliance and League of Women Voters Water Conference, reported on recent events and proposed strategies for the future.

 Elections were held. Elected were Anita Rochelle, president; Steve Kling, vice-president; Bill Goss, treasurer; and Christopher Hulse, secretary.
